As a Systems Administrator you will be a key member of the team responsible for the operation of Versapay’s end-user technologies, including O365, Azure, Okta, Azure AD, Intune, JAMF, and all other supporting technologies. This role will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of all end-user technology services and technology used here at Versapay.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional with over 6 years of relevant experience in Office 365 and Active Directory administration. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Intune, Entra ID and On-Prem Active Directory. Candidates with strong on-premises Active Directory experience will be given preference
The primary responsibilities for this role include ensuring optimal service availability and performance, as well as efficiently identifying, categorizing, and resolving application, network, and system issues.
